
Jason GrimmJason Grimm has been a musical director, actor and teacher in Chicago for the past eleven years. He has taught Musical Improvisation at The Second City and I.O.. He’s also taught acting for several different youth theatre programs at the Goodman Theatre, Auditorium Theatre, Gallery 37 and DePaul University. As a musical director, Jason toured with The Second City’s National Touring Company for two years, worked with The Annoyance on several different shows, musically directed “A Midnight Cry” at the Auditorium Theatre and has had original work produced at The Lakeshore Theatre and The Bailiwick Theatre. Jason is an ensemble member of Hell in a Handbag productions, where he recently was seen in “Eating Raoul, the Musical," and “Poseidon! An Upside-Down Musical." He performs regularly as half of “Smith and Grimm," a raunchy cabaret duo that performs at Davenport’s Piano Bar and Cabaret. He has also written original music for several animated and short films. Jason feels very lucky to constantly be surrounded by hilarious, talented, disgusting and twisted people.
