Heath Cordts

Heath has been acting like an actor in Chicago since 2001. He’s had fun in shows with sketch people at Second City, fun in shows with improv people at iO, and has gone on a canoeing trip with his stand-up friends – and probably will again. When in hoity-toity company, he drops how he was an actor in Carmen, Tosca, and Gotterdammerung at the Lyric Opera House, or how he did The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged with the Pub Theatre Company. He is a director, writer, and performer in his own sketch group The Cool Table which has performed a different show every week for the past five years. He is also associated with the Thirteen Pocket artist collective. The Annoyance has been Heath’s home away from home. Here he has performed in Arm Soup: The Story of How Five People Went West and Ate Each Other, Bodyslam! The Rise and Fall of CAWC, Skyship, Skinprov, Late Night Tit Bits, and played Slick for over a year in Coed Prison Sluts.
