Weirdos

Aaron Sjoholm was a founding ensemble member of the Chicago sketch and improv groups Anton Chekhov's Bastard Child, Peel the Onion, The Meek, and The Revenge Brothers, also having directed several other comedy troupes. Aaron has produced, written, directed and acted in several online shorts at britethorn.com, a politically-charged, comedic website. He performed in Splatter Theater, wrote and performed in Weirdos, FrostBite, Silent Nightmares and several other shows at the Annoyance. Recent acting credits include the plays Red Noses and Messiah on the Frigidaire, the original clown show Clowning to Infinity, Chi-Town Clown Revue, and the original sketch revue Invasion of the Body Scanners.

Sherman Edwards has been lucky enough to perform at the TBS Just for Laughs Festival in Chicago, The Chicago Sketch Festival, the Chicago Improv Festival, The Del Close Marathon in New York, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland, The Cape Fear Comedy Festival in Wilmington, North Carolina and a bunch of other places which has helped him find his cool, comfortable, laid back style and will he always jump on the opportunity perform at the Annoyance. Tahnee Lacey is an improviser, actress, writer, voice over artist, greeting card designer and is one inch too tall to be a midget. She has trained at ImprovAsylum (Boston), iO (Chicago), Second City Conservatory (Chicago), Bosco Productions and All About Dance. Some of her previous credits include: FireCup (iO), Cartoon (CIC), Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (Annoyance), Weirdos and as Lucy in Lucy Dreaming (Kassi Festival). Colleen Breen currently performs with Laugh at Loud, pH Theater, Improvised Jane Austen , Colleen & Sabrina Do Sketches, and GayCo. Ben Palin is very excited to join the cast of Weirdos. He was a founding member of Boulder, Colorado improv group Left Right TIM, who he performed with at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Ben is a graduate of the Annoyance Improv Program, and has improvised with numerous independent groups, the EIP at the Gorilla Tango Theater, and currently pH Productions. Acting credits include The Annoyance Christmas Pageant and the independent film And Now For The Tricky Part. Ben would like to thank his parents, his friends, Mick, Jen, Tyler, Sam, and the whole Weirdos gang for welcoming him so warmly.

Evan Jacover, Arrangement by Aric Jacover Aric and Evan have been writing and recording songs together for years.  You can hear their music on Evan's album, "One Pair of Shoes."  It's kinda weird that they have the same last name.

Sam Locke (Director) is happy to be directing another show at the Annoyance theater. Sam’s directing credits include Weirdos, The Annoyance Christmas Pageant featuring Charlie Brown and Rudolph, as well as two revivals of Splatter Theatre. Sam also built and designed the puppets used in Weirdos and Weirdos Presents: Strange Tales.
